Why Behaviorbee?
Are you tired of the "revolving door" of big ABA corporations? At Behaviorbee ABA Services, we don’t just fill seats; we build long-term clinical careers. We are a small, boutique, BCBA-owned agency and boast a high retention rate. In fact, four of our RBTs have been with us for over 2 years.
  • The Case: This is a new 20-hour case in Woodbridge. You work with one family, in one home.
  • Direct Mentorship: You won't get lost in a corporate hierarchy. You’ll receive 1:1 support from our BCBA.
  • Professional Stability: We focus on caseload stability and deep, meaningful relationships. We prioritize a "right fit" for our staff and our families to prevent burnout.

The Perks of Being a "Bee"
  • Paid Documentation Time: Your 20-hour week includes 2.5 hours of dedicated, paid time for case notes and data.
  • Paid Time Off: This position is eligible for 3 days of PTO after 6 months of service and every 6 months thereafter.
  • Professional Development Fund: After 12 months, RBTs are eligible for up to $1,000 annually to cover ABA conferences and specialized workshops.
  • Income Security: We offer full pay for late cancellations.
  • Free BCBA Supervision: High-quality supervision at no cost for those pursuing their certification.
  • Tools for Success: Every clinician is provided with a dedicated iPad for real-time data collection.
  • Full Certification Support: We pay for your RBT application fees, two exam attempts, and provide all 2026-required Professional Development (PDUs) in-house.
