Responsibilities
You will work 1:1 in a Springfield home, implementing individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs. Because this is a brand-new case, you will have the unique opportunity to build rapport and set the clinical foundation from day one with heavy support from our leadership team. Who You Are
Experienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional ABA experience.
Local: Ideally, living in or near Springfield to keep your evening commute short.
Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who has a passion for the field.
Logistics: Must have a willingness to complete a background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED.
