Responsibilities
You will work 1:1 in a Manassas home, implementing individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs. Because this is a brand-new case, you will have the unique opportunity to build rapport and set the clinical foundation from day one with heavy support from our leadership team. Skills & Qualifications
Reliable: This is our #1 requirement. You understand that consistency is the key to progress for our families.
Experienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional experience working with children.
Local: Ideally living in or near Manassas to keep your commute short and stress-free.
Qualified: Must have a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Willingness to complete a background check is required.
Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a passion for the field.
