Responsibilities
You will implement individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs. You won't be on an island; you will have the full backing of our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition into this stable home environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Reliable: This is our #1 requirement. You understand that consistency is the key to progress for our families.
- Experienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional experience working with children.
- Local: Ideally living in or near Manassas to keep your commute short and stress-free.
- Qualified: Must have a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Willingness to complete a background check is required.
- Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a passion for the field.
