- Case A (Manassas): 12 hours/week. An established family looking for a long-term partner.
- Case B (Woodbridge): 12 hours/week. A stable clinical program ready for a second technician.
- Paid Time Off: After 6 months of service, employees working 20+ hours weekly are eligible for 3 days of PTO and every 6 months thereafter.
- Income Security: We offer full pay for late cancellations.
- Tools for Success: Every clinician is provided with a dedicated iPad for real-time data collection.
- Professional Development Fund: After 12 months of service, RBTs are eligible for up to $1,000 annually to cover registration fees for ABA conferences and specialized clinical workshops.

- Direct Mentorship: You’ll receive high-touch, 1:1 support from our Founder and BCBA.
- Free BCBA Supervision: We provide high-quality supervision at no cost for those pursuing their certification.

Responsibilities
As a Behavior Technician, you use play-based therapy to help children with Autism reach their goals.
- Skill Building: Use clinical "lesson plans" to teach communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.
- Behavior Support: Confidently manage "big emotions" and high-intensity behaviors using proven de-escalation techniques.
- Data Tracking: Record progress during your session—you’ll actually see the child improve because of your work!
- Generalization & Parent Support: Model specific ABA techniques for caregivers during designated sessions to support the generalization of skills, while maintaining a focus on the established clinical goals.

- Reliable: This is our #1 requirement. You understand the importance of consistency for our families.
- Experienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional experience working with children.
- Local: Ideally living in the Manassas/Woodbridge corridor to keep your travel minimal.
- Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who has a passion for the field.
- Logistics: Must have a willingness to complete a background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a high school diploma.
